This is the privacy policy for LavMar Coral, the furnished 30-day rental at 1448 NW 111th Way, Coral Springs, FL 33071, owned and operated by Dan Marusin. We try to keep this short and in plain English instead of legalese. If anything is unclear, email dan@danmarusin.com and we'll explain.
When you submit our booking inquiry form, call or text (778) 918-5990, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone, intended dates, group size, and any context you add (such as "insurance carrier name," "claim number," or "company / employer" on the specialty pages).
We do not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or social-network scripts on this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page accessed) for security and abuse prevention.
We don't sell, rent, trade, or "monetize" your contact information. We don't add you to any newsletter without you asking. We don't share inquiry details with other rental owners, brokers, or platforms. The list of people who can see your inquiry is short: Dan, our cleaner during the active stay window, and your insurance adjuster or relocation coordinator if you've explicitly asked us to coordinate with them.
The site uses one functional cookie set by Cloudflare for bot protection. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight, no TikTok Pixel. If we ever add basic privacy-respecting analytics (such as Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics), this section will be updated and the change will be visible at the top of the page.
You can ask us at any time to delete your inquiry, confirm what we have on file, or correct something we got wrong. Email dan@danmarusin.com from the address you originally used and we'll confirm within a few days. Florida residents under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and California residents under CCPA have explicit rights of access, deletion, and non-discrimination — we honor them across the board for everyone, regardless of where you live.
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If a child has submitted information, email us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll bump the "Effective" date at the top and post the change. The current version of this page is always the controlling one.
